The developer operates through six regions in the UK and 27 divisions, providing a regionally balanced portfolio of homes. Barratt has built 3,600 homes in London and southern England, 1,770 homes in West England, 3,640 homes in East England, 3,430 homes in Central England, 2,850 homes in Northern England, and 1,850 homes in Scotland.
The company has entered into several joint venture arrangements with partners such as L&Q, Fulham Riverside, British Land, and Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investing. It also has notable banking partnerships with Lloyds Banking Group, Bank of Scotland, Halifax, and Lex Autolease, among others.
Barratt has received a number of industry awards, including a 5-star rating in the Home Builders Federation new home Customer Satisfaction Survey for 14 consecutive years.
In the 2022 NHBC Pride in the Job awards, Barratt site managers won 98 Quality Awards and five Regional Awards, and Kirk Raine, a Midlands-based site manager, won the Supreme Award in the large builder category for the third time.
