The units at the Barnett Apartments and the Richart Apartments complexes, which will be part of the community, will range in size from 409 sq. ft to 947 sq. ft.
Hayes Village is a new residential community located in Hayes, and is presented by one of the UK's major developers; Barratt London. The project will include a number of residential complexes with art deco-style buildings, and among them is the modernized building of the former Nestle factory. Some residences will be ready to move in during the summer of 2023.
The apartments will have floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, which will provide bright natural light throughout the day, and most of the residences within the community will include balconies or terraces.
